I noticed 1 guy was on all 4 of my tables. A big volume player looking at his stats, with an average 44.5 games per day for the last 90 days. He is down overall, but at these stakes I assume he is making back more in VIP point bonuses etc, not sure and con't be bothered to work it out, but here are his stats anyway.
I managed to win 2 and go out early in the other 2, nothing major to report apart from my 4th place finish where it was one of those games you know you have no chance in. KK managed to get away lightly when the flop came down 88A, the guy had flopped quad 8s, but the A saved my bacon. A few hands later KK again this time managed to get AI pre flop against AQ, A flopped again. Later on KQ v QTs flushes me away.
I don't mind games like that really, I hung in taking some beats and never gave up. It all evens out in the end.
So the 4 table experiment worked I think, 3.5 BI up and again feeling good about my HU play. Got lucky in a couple of spots, but hey it works.
I will have a look at doing this again, it will increase my volume and if results don't suffer then well worth doing.
