Session 1
Only 1 2nd place in a $1.50. The standard of play was awful as it was a Friday evening, but the guys on the $3.50 games were a bit tighter than I am used to at the $1.50s and I managed to get under 10BB in both games. I shoved K9s with 3 players left to be called by A3s and in the other I shoved A7s and found KK. Pretty standard I felt.
Session 2
Much better session this, 2 1st places, a 3rd shoving JJ into KK 3 handed (rolls eyes) and a 4th place. It seems you get one of these games every once in a while when you just don't get cards and when you do everyone folds or your Pocket Tens get crushed on a AK flop.
So down $3.50 from the 2 sessions, but I felt good in my play. I have increased volume and expect to hit a minimum of 8 games per day, but should get far more than that done. Once my BR is back to 'shot taking' level, I will 2 table the $3.50 games to make sure I am taking notes properly.
