Winning, losing and bad beats

Been playing a few tourneys but seem to be getting the rough end of variance at the minute.

I do have selective memory though like most players I am sure. Just took a quick look at the win/loss stats in my HEM (Holdem Manager) and found that I was winning over 80% as expected with AA.

Against a couple of random hands you are only going to win 73% of the time, so post flop play is important. Getting married to a high pocket pair in the face of big bets or re-raises can be a recipe for disaster as you could be up against a set or on draw heavy boards getting out drawn is likely.
